How to Resize Photo and Signature for UPSC and SSC Portal Uploads (KB & Dimension Guide)

Every government exam portal—whether UPSC, SSC, IBPS, or state recruitment boards—has rigid file size and dimension requirements. Uploading an incorrect photo or signature format often leads to application rejection.

Official Dimension Guidelines: * Passport Photograph: Usually required between 20KB to 50KB in JPEG/JPG format with a clear white background. * Scanned Signature: Typically required between 10KB to 20KB, maintaining a proper aspect ratio (such as 6x2 cm).

Why Use Client-Side Image Resizing? Instead of using shady online websites that upload your personal ID photos and signature scans to unknown remote servers, GD PDF Suite processes everything directly in your browser. Your private documents never leave your local device, ensuring 100% privacy and lightning-fast resizing.
